Bookings can be cancelled or modified free of charge up to 24hours before the service. In case of cancellation of a service already being paid; full amount will be reimbursed. In case of cancellations after this time, no refund will be made. Changes made within 24hrs of the service are subjects to availability and may incur an additional charge
Based on the flight information provided during the booking, the driver will be updated on your flight status to make sure to be at the airport when the flight arrives
