Terms and Conditions<\/strong><\/h1>

1. General Conditions<\/strong><\/h2>

The website and mobile app (APP) of Salty Driver are owned by Salty Driver S.L.<\/strong>, a limited company registered in Spain with NIF B-67822635<\/strong>, with registered address at Cam\u00ed Can Pastilla, 74, 07610 Palma de Mallorca, Spain<\/strong>.<\/p>

These general conditions govern the contractual relationship between Salty Driver<\/strong> and the client. Salty Driver acts as an intermediary<\/strong> with the service provider.<\/p>

Salty Driver works with private transport companies that hold all required licenses and permits in accordance with current legislation.<\/p>

Salty Driver acts as an agent<\/strong> on behalf of its suppliers (transport companies) and thus cannot accept responsibility arising from the provision of the services.<\/p>

By booking on the Salty Driver website or APP, you accept that the contract for the provision of the service<\/strong> is established between you and our provider. If the booking is made by an agency or another person acting on your behalf, they are considered an agent for all passengers included in the booking. You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by any other information contained on the website.<\/p>

By making a booking, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions and that you have the legal capacity to accept them on your behalf and on behalf of all passengers included in the booking.<\/p>

These conditions may be modified without prior notice. Any change will be communicated via email, through our APP, our website, or any other means you have provided.<\/p>

2. Payment and Contract<\/strong><\/h2>

Bookings may be made online through the website or the APP. If the booking is made for more than one person, the person completing the booking accepts these terms on behalf of all passengers. The person making the booking must be at least 18 years old<\/strong>.<\/p>

Full payment is required at the time of booking via credit or debit card. Once full payment is received, Salty Driver will process the reservation and send the confirmation and booking voucher. This voucher must be presented to the driver (printed or digital) in order to use the service.<\/p>

3. Booking Modifications<\/strong><\/h2>

Modifications may be made free of charge<\/strong> up to 24 hours before the first booked service. To request a change, send an email to info@saltydriver.com<\/a><\/strong> indicating your name and booking number.<\/p>

Changes requested less than 24 hours before the first service may incur additional costs and depend on availability. In such cases, email the same address with your request.<\/p>

Any modification that generates additional charges must be paid before the service<\/strong>.<\/p>

4. Minors: Pricing and Child Seats<\/strong><\/h2>

All passengers, regardless of age, must be included in the total number of passengers for the vehicle.<\/p>

According to EU Directive 2003\/20\/EC<\/strong>, children must use an appropriate child seat until the age of 12 or a height of 135 cm. Licensed taxis are exempt. Child seats provided by Salty Driver are free of charge<\/strong>.<\/p>
